  • Benefits coverage for dietitian services varies depending on your specific health insurance plan and provider. Many insurance plans do recognize the importance of nutrition counselling and offer some level of coverage for dietitian services. However, it’s important to review your policy or contact your insurance provider directly to understand the extent of your coverage.

    I do not offer direct billing. All payments must be paid in full before submitting to your insurance provider for reimbursement.

  • Please fill out the contact form at the bottom of the page with a short description of your health and nutrition goals. From there, I can get back to you with suggested dates and times. My typical private practice days are Mondays and Fridays.

  • As a registrant of the College of Dietitians of BC, my work as a dietitian is restricted to serving BC residents.

It is an approach that promotes a positive relationship with food and encourages self-care without rigid rules or strict dietary restrictions. Key aspects include: non-diet approach, balanced and varied eating, flexibility and enjoyment, and mindfulness.

  • As a dietitian, my primary focus is on promoting overall health and well-being rather than solely prioritizing weight loss. I take a health at every size approach with an emphasis on building sustainable habits longterm. I see weight loss as a potential side-effect of adopting health-promoting behaviours, not the end goal.
